Shipping

Once you have placed your order, it will be shipped the same day if you place it till 12.00 p.m. (GMT+2) and it will take 1-2 working days to arrive to Greece Via ACS Courier, and 3-5 to arrive to all other EU countries Via UPS or Post Office. If your order is placed after 12.00 p.m. (GMT+2) it will be shipped the next day.

We deliver Monday-Friday between 9.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m. (GMT+2).

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and you want to return it, please fill in the return form which is included in your package or website. Please make sure that the returned product is in its original condition including any labels. You can return the product within 14 working days from delivery, contacting the designated courier service.

If you've used Cash on Delivery as payment, please fill in your bank details and the money will be debited to your account within 14 working days.

In case of a defective product, we can replace it without any additional charges, provided that you send the item back to us and we inspect it for damages according to our warranty policy. In the package please include the filled in return form and contact the designated courier service to collect it.

We don't accept returns on BLACK FRIDAY DEALS, CYBER MONDAY DEALS, SALE ITEMS and items that have been bought with the use of DISCOUNT COUPONS.
